1.Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • • If your order arrives defective or with printing errors due to our mistake, we apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly reprint the item(s) at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving your order to initiate the reprint process.
  • • We may require photographic evidence or return of the defective items before proceeding with the reprint.There should be a proper unboxing vedio will the needed to start the reprint process.


2.Customer-Provided Designs:

  • • For orders where you provide the design, we are not responsible for errors in the design files you submit. Please ensure that all artwork is correctly formatted and proofread before sending it to us.
  • • In the event that errors occur due to customer-provided designs, we can reprint the items at your expense. However, we offer design proofing services for an additional fee to minimize such occurrences.


3.Cancellation Policy:

  • • Orders for customized or personalized items that have already been printed cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • • Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled .
  • • If There is any change in deisgn you need to contact customer support within 7 hours of placing order


4.Refunds:

  • • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take [7] business days to process. Refunds are only provided for eligible returns as per our policy.


5.Exchanges:

  • • We do not offer exchanges for customized items unless there is a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will replace the item with the correct version.

  • • We will ensure prompt reprinting of the corrected items at no additional cost to you.
